Customer needs to have the membership to rent any movie, otherwise we require $50 deposit for each DVD rented. The deposit will be refunded after the DVD returned. To become a member, customer needs bring a credit card and a photo ID to store. The first time minimum charge is $6 to the credit card in which $2 is for the membership processing fee and $4 covers the first rental.
